February 2012 - What a fantastic start to 2012 for the GTRAK team. The phone has not stopped and so far we have broken all previous sales records! Thanks to all our clients old and new for choosing us as your Telematics Partner.
September 2011 - GTRAK's South African base has been chosen to implement 150 device trial into a South African base of a multi-national organisation. This has put them infront of other suppliers like CTrak, NetStar, Tracker and Matrix!
August 2011 - Work on routing for the security industry in Africa Starts. Features will include setting patrol routes, route timings, route deviation, guard check in and patrol start alerts (direct to device).
June 2011 - In the early hours of Sunday 12th a high powered car was stolen in Bradford by entering the owners home and stealing the keys. At 8am when the owners wake to notice its gone they first phone the police and then GTRAK. GTRAK relayed the vehicle position to the police and within 20 minutes it was being guarded by an officer whilst awaiting recovery. Total Value of goods recovered was around £25000.

GTrak Chicane fleet monitor uses GPRS/GPS technology to provide real-time location updates whilst also recording data for historical reports. A tracking device will be installed into each vehicle by our own Engineers. These are fitted Covertly to assist in instances of Theft and to prevent driver tampering.
The GPS tracking units record data internally and then transmits the information to our dedicated secure servers. Whilst in a Journey this will happen every 30 seconds. The stored information is then ready to be viewed once a user has logged into an account. The data can be viewed 24 hours a day through any Internet connection worldwide.
